As a landlord I am very happy with their services, especially Lada’s and Kamil. They helped me manage my property fully remote with end-to-end transition between tenants, going above and beyond in my requests (incl. transportation of furniture, painting, renovating) and without a trace of typical Czech real-estate “this cannot be done-ism”. This saved me a ton of time and travel, if the new tenant (whom they found) will turn out to be a good fit, I would gladly give them one extra star.
